Our solutions take a decentralized and semi-centralized approach to ventilation with suite-by-suite and floor-by-floor installation. Decentralized ventilation not only provides building occupants with 100% fresh, filtered outside air but also maximizes building real estate space by eliminating vertical duct chases and roof-mounted HVAC equipment. This unique approach is a benefit to building owners, architects, engineers and building occupants.
Founders James Dean and Matthew Doherty, developed Oxygen8’s flagship product, Nova, as a response to the arising industry trends and requirements. Nova is a low-profile indoor energy recovery ventilation system which integrates with VRV heating and cooling technology. The low-profile dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) design can be mounted on the ceiling, wall, or floor. The unit arrives on-site with factory-installed DX coils, expansion valves and controls for easy installation. Through the use of a polymer ERV core, there is minimal maintenance and easy access to the MERV-13 filters.
