All Electric

Accurate Temperature and Humidity Control
Through hydronic coils or Daikin VRV heat recovery integration, both leaving air temperature and humidity are precisely controlled year-round.
Easy Access
Drop-down doors slide on a rail system for full unit access — no extra clearance needed. Removable MERV13 filter rack makes maintenance straightforward.
Integrated Controls by Distech
Factory-mounted Distech controls integrate with BMS or operate independently. Built-in functions include discharge air temperature, humidity control, weekly schedules, and dirty filter alarms.
Fresh Air That Fits
At 18–30″ depth and 450–4,800 CFM, Terra H fits within ceiling plenums. Modular split configuration frees up roof, floor, and mechanical room space.
Mixed Air with Enthalpy Economizer
Optional mixing box with modulating return and outdoor air dampers enables mixed air ventilation with enthalpy economizer and night setback mode for maximum energy efficiency.
